Josh’s knowledge and entrepreneurship of building has been passed down for four generations within the Pulliam family. It started with his great grandfather in the early 1900’s as a stone mason and now lies in Josh’s hands. Josh started by working for the largest builder in the nation in the Phoenix market in the 90’s, until he felt his calling to break out on his own at 25 years old.

Josh’s projects include an impressive portfolio that would most certainly make a best-selling coffee table book. Past projects include everything from beautiful one of a kind multi-million dollar custom residences to home offices and elegant restaurants. Josh says, “Building for me is so far beyond a job. It is who I am, it is what I do. It is in my genes. My life has been blessed and I make it my job to work hard to give back and bless others lives.”

Outside of building, Joshua is married to his high school sweetheart and cherishes his time with his 4 amazing children. When he is not on a jobsite, he is either on a soccer field coaching competitive soccer or at church working with the youth.
